Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will identify, research, and engage potential candidates to develop a robust talent pipeline for various roles across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates via channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases 🔍
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs 📋
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies 🤝
- Screen candidate profiles to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit ✔️
- Manage candidate data and sourcing activities using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 🖥️
- Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships 🌟
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities 📊
- Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing our company's values and culture 🎯
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines 📑
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) 🎓
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles 📌
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality candidates 🔍
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS 🛠️
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 💬
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 🚀
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 📅
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles 🧑💻
