🚀 About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers across multiple countries. Working closely with our international team, you’ll manage complex workflows, coordinate interviews, and support multiple markets including SEB and DACH, alongside other EMEA regions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Interview Coordination: Schedule multi-stage interviews (phone, remote, in-person) across various EMEA locations, managing calendars with precision.
- Support for Recruiters: Act as the primary administrative support for 2+ Recruiters, proactively managing priorities to ensure a swift recruitment cycle.
- Candidate Workflow Management: Update candidate statuses in Workday (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Logistics & Candidate Experience: Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation; provide interview schedules, directions, and support candidate needs.
- Candidate Engagement: Follow up with candidates, enhance their experience, and partner with external agencies for recruitment efforts.
- Reporting & Metrics: Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track team performance.
- Regional Support: Manage processes primarily for the SEB and DACH markets while supporting other EMEA countries and navigating the unique needs of various OpCos.
📝 Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Previous experience in recruiting or RPO is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday (or similar ATS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor suited for a global corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities with high autonomy.
- Fluent in Polish, German, and English.
- Service-oriented attitude with proven effectiveness in stakeholder and candidate engagement.

This position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
