Responsibilities

• 🤝 Conduct online/phone meetings with clients to determine qualification criteria for candidates
• 📢 Post job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms
• 🔍 Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g., LinkedIn)
• 📝 Screen resumes and job applications
• 🎤 Interview candidates and prepare shortlists of qualified hires
• 🔔 Provide updates to clients regarding the hiring process (e.g., number of screened candidates)
• 🤝 Prepare candidates for interviews with clients
• 🔗 Build talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future opportunities
• 📂 Maintain detailed records of applicants, including resumes, interview evaluations, and assignments
• 🤝 Manage a portfolio of clients and foster strong relationships

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Japanese
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service across any industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems
