Job Summary
As a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Specialist, you will execute strategic recruitment plans to fill leadership and key contributor roles efficiently. Your role involves sourcing, screening, managing recruitment processes, extending offers, onboarding, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders. Your goal is to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience while promoting our client's brand as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development – 50%
Effectively source candidates for lower complexity roles using systemic strategies, proactively evaluate top talent, and expand sourcing networks to ensure timely fulfillment of positions.

Candidate Screening & Interview Facilitation – 25%
Coordinate interviews, thoroughly screen candidates, and provide detailed evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers.

Stakeholder Engagement – 10%
Partner with leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand business needs, culture, compensation, talent management, and succession planning.

System Documentation & Candidate Disposition – 10%
Complete all required documentation, record candidate statuses, and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.

Brand Representation – 5%
Act as a brand ambassador through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, job fairs, and social media to position our clients as top employers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
- At least 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (preferred)
- Fluent in French (both written and verbal) — required
- Proven experience in university/campus recruiting — required
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed

- Manual dexterity for typing and handling objects
- Physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, balancing, reaching, and climbing
- Behavioral functions including walking, hearing, talking, and concentration

- Capacity to think critically, focus over long periods, and communicate effectively
Travel Requirements ✈️
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% for role-related obligations.
Compensation & Benefits 💰
Salary for this role ranges from $61,200 to $91,800, dependent on experience and location. Final offers will be determined during the hiring process, reflecting various factors such as experience and geographic considerations.
