About the Role

We are seeking a Korean-speaking Recruiter to support DKR’s growing demand for high-quality candidates. This is a fast-paced, results-driven opportunity within a highly lucrative global industry, where your local knowledge and sourcing skills will directly influence placements and company growth.

As part of our remote team, you will manage your own schedule aligned to APAC hours and report directly to the DKR Owner daily.

What You'll Do

• Manage candidate pipelines from outreach to pre-screening and interview coordination
• Source, engage, and qualify candidates within Korea for UAE-based projects (gaming, customer experience, and media roles)
• Act as the local “eyes and ears” for DKR — advising on market trends, pay levels, and sourcing channels
• Provide daily updates, insights, and performance reports to DKR headquarters
• Ensure all candidates meet rigorous quality and compliance standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English and native/local language
• Tech-savviness with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems
• Independent, organized, and target-driven — capable of managing work autonomously
• Strong understanding of your local job market and cultural nuances
