The primary role of the Receptionist is to provide clerical support efficiently, following established procedures and guidance from your supervisor. This position is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, and staff.
As a Welcome Desk Receptionist, You Will
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room 🚪
- Answer phone calls, determine the nature of each call, and direct callers accordingly 📞
- Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, residents, and sales representatives 🗺️
- Maintain and complete logs, reports, and journals as required 📋
- Utilize basic telephone and switchboard operations following proper protocol 📱
Shifts & Status
This is a part-time position working on weekends:
- Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Education & Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Vaccination Policy 🧪
As a provider of senior living care, our facility requires all employees to submit proof of vaccination, including:
- Two doses of MMR
- Two doses of Varicella
- A negative TB screening
Alternatively, a titer or lab test indicating immunity to these diseases is accepted. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide additional details regarding the vaccination policy upon hiring. 🔬
