About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you will work directly with children with autism, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home settings. Your role will involve supporting children in developing communication, social, and independence skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• 🧩 Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• 📊 Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• 🤝 Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates

Requirements

• 🎓 High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)
• 🚗 Reliable transportation
• 🕒 Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
• 💖 Experience and passion for helping children and families

Schedule

• ⌛ Part-time
• 🕑 Flexible shifts, mostly afternoons/evenings

💡 Note: RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technicians) preferred.
