Overview
As a Quality Engineer ~ Manager, you will oversee the entire manufacturing process, maintaining rigorous quality standards via inspections, testing, and collaboration with production teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality energy solutions to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities 🛠️
- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of products at various manufacturing stages to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Testing and Analysis: Perform tests on raw materials and finished products to detect defects or inconsistencies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and communicate findings to relevant departments to drive process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of inspections, tests, and quality activities to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Training: Provide education to production staff on quality standards and best practices to enhance overall product quality.
Qualifications 🎓
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, or related field.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to ensure compliance and identify defects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
- Experience: Prior experience in battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing environments.
