About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create, document, and execute system test plans and scripts, validate data, analyze test results, and collaborate with our software development team in Korea to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive system test plans and test scripts 📝
• Perform data validation and analyze test results to ensure high software quality ✅
• Record, report, track, and retest bugs identified during testing 🐞
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with software developers in Korea to resolve issues 💬
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation 🔄

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 🎓
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (both written and verbal) 🌐
• 1–2 years of experience in system testing of Windows-based POS software 💻
• Hands-on experience with PC POS peripherals such as printers, barcode scanners, customer displays, and dot matrix printers 🖨️
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 💡
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment ⚡
