About the Role

We are seeking a motivated salesperson to join our Business Development team at RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation. This position involves prospecting, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, while nurturing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, ambitious, and self-driven. 🚀

What You’ll Do

• Use consultative sales strategies to present tailored financial solutions 💼
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach 🎯
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and ongoing service 🤝
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and exceptional service ❤️
• Conduct client needs assessments and explain customized solutions
• Support high-severity requests and escalate issues as needed
• Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets 📈
• Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability 💰
• Cross-sell RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client engagement
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience 🎓
• Proven success in professional, solutions-oriented sales over the phone 📞
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills 🗣️
• Strong customer service and project management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product environment ⚡
• Attention to detail, with an interest in value and comparative analysis

• More than 5 years of business development experience 🏆
• Experience with high-volume cold calling
• Financial industry background

• Bilingual fluency in Punjabi and English (must speak, read, and write both languages) 🌐
