About the Role
We are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our sales team. This role centers on lead generation and outbound prospecting, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, personable, ambitious, and adaptable. 🌟
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new accounts
- Engage in consultative sales discussions to assess client needs and present RTS fuel card solutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across RTS and Shamrock divisions to maximize account value
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Assist with high-severity requests and issue escalations as necessary
- Utilize strategic processes to optimize sales yield as directed by senior management
- Participate in strategic planning, including market analysis and customer segmentation
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market potential to develop sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to support product launches, create sales tools, and deliver engaging presentations
- Track performance metrics and refine sales approaches accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of business development experience
- Proven success in solutions-based sales, especially over the phone
- Experience in high-volume cold calling and face-to-face sales
- Exceptional customer service and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on value and comparative analysis

- Over 5 years of business development experience
- A passion for success and long-term organizational growth
- Competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in Punjabi and English (fluency in speaking, reading, and writing)
