About The Role 📝

We are seeking a motivated salesperson to join our Business Development team at RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and securing new business while nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, ambitious, and self-motivated.

What You’ll Do 💼

• Utilize consultative sales strategies to present tailored financial solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with trust and exceptional service.
• Conduct discussions to assess client needs and explain personalized solutions.
• Handle high-severity requests and issue escalations promptly.
• Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
• Negotiate terms to maximize profitability on new business deals.
• Cross-sell RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client engagement and increase account value.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience.
• Proven success in solutions-based phone sales.
• Strategic thinking coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service and project management abilities.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, multi-product environments.
• Attention to detail and interest in comparative and value analysis.
