Join our team as a Property Manager – Administrative Compliance Technician (Bilingual Korean Preferred)! We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and resident-focused professional to support our Property Management division, especially those who excel in fast-paced housing environments and communicate effectively with diverse residents, including Korean-speaking households. 🌟
Key Responsibilities
- Process Annual Recertifications
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all yearly resident income and eligibility recertifications in accordance with program requirements. - Process Interim Certifications
Review and process household changes, income updates, and status adjustments to maintain compliance throughout the year. - Assist With Resident Relations
Provide professional, friendly support to residents; help resolve concerns; and maintain positive community relationships. 🤝 - Post Notices
Prepare and distribute required notices, reminders, and compliance communications to residents. - Prepare Lease Violations
Document and issue lease violation notices in alignment with property policies and regulatory guidelines. - Process Move‑In Applications
Review, verify, and approve new applicant files to ensure eligibility and compliance before move-in.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual – Korean/English (strongly preferred)
- Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
