About the Professional Services Team in Poland 🇵🇱

Based in Poland, our Professional Services team is a vital part of Workday's EMEA Services organization. We serve our customers by delivering services that maximize their Workday investments, ensuring successful implementations of our HCM products.

Role Overview: Project Manager

As a trusted guide in the Workday implementation journey, you'll lead HCM projects across the EMEA region using the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will partner with consultants and client teams to navigate challenges, resolve issues, and continuously improve our deployment approach with your field insights. Your experience will help shape successful outcomes for our clients and our internal methodologies. 🌍

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Leadership: Manage entire HCM implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live for EMEA clients
• Delivery Planning: Develop comprehensive plans including project scope, financials, risks, and resource management
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and cross-functional teams to align solutions with client expectations
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, managing expectations throughout the project
• Internal Feedback: Share insights and recommendations with management to enhance the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors involved in project execution

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years managing HCM, Payroll, or Financial system implementations
• Technical Skills: Implementation experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise applications
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and German (mandatory)

Additional Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent in clear, effective communication adaptable to various audiences, facilitating productive conversations
• Time Management: Skilled in managing multiple priorities, setting goals, and meeting deadlines efficiently
• Relationship Management: Proficient in building positive client and team relationships, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration
• Project Management: Deep understanding of delivery methodologies, risk, financials, and quality control to ensure successful projects
• Consulting Experience: Experience as an internal or external consultant or with a software consulting firm
• Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to lead third-party partner engagements
• Methodology Familiarity: Knowledge of the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology
• Business Development: Service sales or business development experience is a plus
• Location: This role is Warsaw-based only

Workday Pay Transparency (Poland Only) 💰

The annual base salary range for this position is zł174,800 to zł262,200. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and business needs. The total package may include bonuses, stock grants, and other benefits. Learn more about our benefits.
