Purpose ๐ฏ
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of customer software implementations, from post-sale to go-live. Utilizing problem-solving skills and thorough analysis, they will identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and build strong relationships to meet and surpass customer expectations, driving continuous improvement in our products and services.
What You'll Be Doing ๐ ๏ธ
- Understand the typical client workflow.
- Manage multiple projects with diverse customers.
- Identify standard project tasks and resource requirements, both internal and client-side.
- Coordinate planning and implementation steps using Volpara's tested framework, adjusting work hours as needed for customer time zones.
- Employ internal and external reporting tools to keep all stakeholders informed.
What You Will Bring To The Role ๐๐ ๏ธ
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Project management experience; PMP certification desirable.
- At least 4 years of customer contact experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Experience managing SaaS software implementation projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical IT standards like HL7, DICOM, and HIPAA regulations (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent verbal and online communication skills.
- Precise written communication abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese to cater to our Latin American customers.
- Located in the Eastern or Central US time zones for optimal team and customer alignment (preferred).
What You Will Receive ๐ผ
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $97,000. Benefits include:

This role may be hybrid if the candidate resides within commuting distance of our US office in Lynnwood, WA. Otherwise, it is a fully remote opportunity. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States to apply.
