As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives for our customers across the Americas. You’ll manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of innovative solutions and maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs, aligning with top-tier customer goals. 🤝
• Program Leadership: Oversee program teams to deliver customer solutions and services on schedule, meeting specifications, and maximizing ROI for VusionGroup. 🚦
• Program Development: Define scope, deliverables, resources, and develop comprehensive plans including risk management, budgeting, and performance reporting. 📊
• Task Management: Create detailed task assignments and activate escalation protocols proactively to address issues. ✅
• Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to exceed customer expectations. 🤝
• Risk Management: Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning, monitoring risks throughout the program lifecycle. ⚠️
• Budget Accountability: Develop and manage project budgets aligned with business goals. 💰
• Lessons Learned: Capture and analyze lessons from each program to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. 📚

Qualifications

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Program Manager, preferably working directly with customers.
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.

Skills

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience supporting or leading technical teams.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Experience in customer-facing program management.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Competence in reporting and data collection for decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams.
• Experience with PPM tools like SmartSheet or similar platforms.
• Fluent in Spanish, with effective communication skills with bilingual or Spanish-speaking teams and clients.

Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to liaise across operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
• Comfortable managing programs in fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%. 🌎

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
