About the Role
As our Production Supervisor, you will lead, coordinate, and optimize production activities within our cold-storage environment. Your focus will be on managing the team, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement to meet performance, cost, quality, and safety goals while boosting team morale and productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the production team—hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance.
- Oversee daily operations to meet targets for output, quality, timeliness, and costs.
- Monitor key metrics such as productivity, yield, downtime, and discrepancies; spearhead improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food storage, and operational regulations; maintain equipment and cleanliness; follow SOPs.
- Collaborate with departments like receiving, shipping, inventory, and maintenance to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
What You Bring to the Pak
- Experience: 3-5 years in production or manufacturing, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Cold storage or food logistics experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
- Certifications: Forklift certification preferred; familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations a plus.
- Skills: Leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency with production/warehouse management systems and MS Office; ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in cold-storage environments at temperatures as low as -20°F.
- Must be capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on operational demands.

Compensation Range
💰 $55,000 - $65,000 annually
The listed range is an estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market factors, in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws.
