Position Summary 🎯

As a Producer Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our relationship with insurance agents. Your role involves providing personalized, proactive support to ensure smooth interactions and help agents succeed. Collaborate with various departments to deliver seamless solutions and foster lasting partnerships. If exceptional customer service and problem-solving excite you, this opportunity is perfect!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 📝

  • Manage a high volume of calls with efficiency, compassion, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Handle diverse challenges, from resolving service issues to assisting producers with resources.
  • Proactively approach daily responsibilities to ensure agents receive timely support.
  • Engage across multiple communication channels—phone, email, live chat—providing friendly and consistent support.
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot to make processes seamless for partners.
  • Work one-on-one with Life & Health Insurance Producers, managing accounts and supporting their success using in-depth knowledge of our brands, systems, and processes.
  • Acquire and grow industry knowledge, keeping abreast of trends, marketing, and enrollment systems.
  • Participate in a positive, motivated team environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Communicate proactively with senior leadership on agent service strategy performance.
  • Complete required training, including licensing, contracting, and certifications.
  • Follow office procedures: answering phones, using scripts, managing emails, typing documents, and recording detailed notes.
  • Accurately update and maintain the company database with agent and customer information, including meticulous notes for reconciliation.

Requirements: What We Seek 🔍

  • High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with current product lines and customer base.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Language proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese is required.

Job Details & Benefits 🎁

Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00/hour, with potential bonuses based on performance.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Work Setting: In-person in Richardson, TX 75080

Experience Level: 2+ years

Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
