Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to spearhead our purchasing strategies and identify innovative product opportunities aligned with our market goals. This pivotal role involves managing all procurement activities—from raw materials to finished goods—and leading product discovery efforts to support our market presence and sales expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with domestic and international suppliers.
• 🛒 Lead and manage all purchasing operations across various product categories and brands.
• 🔍 Research, evaluate, and source new products and suppliers aligned with our commercial goals and customer preferences.
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives.
• 💼 Ensure a cost-effective, sustainable, and reliable supply chain.
• 🤝 Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, exploring exclusive or first-to-market agreements where possible.
• 📊 Analyze market trends, vendor performance, and cost structures to optimize purchasing decisions.
• 🎨 Support product development by sourcing components and packaging that meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.
• 🚗 Travel domestically and internationally to attend trade shows, visit manufacturers, and perform supplier audits.

Qualifications

• 💼 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of cost optimization.
• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
• ⏳ 2–4 years of relevant experience in product sourcing, procurement, or buying—ideally in fragrance, home goods, or FMCG sectors.
• 🌍 Familiarity with international trade, import regulations, and supplier development.
• 🧩 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• 🗣️ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• ✈️ Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage time-sensitive projects across multiple departments.
