Position: Procurement Agent (Korean Speaking) - Clarksville, TN

Our Procurement Agent plays a vital role from project initiation through to the completion of purchase orders or contracts. This position manages pre-award activities related to project materials, equipment, and services, ensuring efficient and risk-minimized procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Coordination: Liaise with Package Coordinator, Planner, and Logistics to verify specifications, lead times, delivery dates, and cost-effective Incoterms.
• Commercial Documentation: Prepare, manage, and issue bid documents, including contractual terms, delivery requirements, and quality standards.
• Bid Process Management: Oversee bidder qualification, bidding, evaluation, and recommendation processes; ensure confidentiality and integrity.
• Bid Evaluation & Award: Conduct technical and commercial assessments, incorporate terms, and prepare recommendation for award.
• Order Management: Prepare and issue purchase orders, coordinate handovers to expeditors or administrative personnel, and manage contract execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Languages: Fluency in Korean and English
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
• Experience: 3-5 years in business or technical fields

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000
