As a Private Client Banker, you will:

• ☑️ Serve as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients and other customers in-branch
• 🤝 Manage complete banking relationships, employing a proactive, disciplined approach to grow client balances
• 🔍 Assist in acquiring new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal/external sources

Job Responsibilities

• 💼 Promote the value of Chase Private Client to eligible clients
• 🗣️ Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive optimal products and services
• 🤝 Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients with experts for specialized financial needs
• 📱 Enhance client convenience by setting up and sharing self-service access to accounts 24/7
• 🔒 Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 🎯 Success in acquiring and deepening client relationships with a relationship-oriented approach
• 🧑‍💼 1+ year experience in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services role, with proven success in client acquisition and revenue growth
• 📝 Starting Oct. 1, 2018, must obtain or already have the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses—either prior to or within 180 days of joining
• 📜 Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• 🎓 High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• ⏰ Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• 🗣️ Bilingual in English and Cantonese required

Important Regulatory Information

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent upon review of criminal history, credit reports, and NMLS registration, demonstrating financial responsibility and good character. 📝

Additionally, employment requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008, with ongoing compliance and renewal obligations.
