About the Role

As a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking, you will be the primary point of contact for Chase’s affluent clients and other customers in the branch. You will manage their comprehensive banking relationships, proactively seeking growth opportunities, and connecting clients with the right financial experts. Your efforts in soliciting referrals and developing internal and external relationships will be vital to success. 🌟

Job Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients & prospects
• Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach, offering tailored products and services
• Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to meet clients’ specialized financial needs
• Enhance client convenience by setting up self-service options for 24/7 access
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven success in a relationship-oriented approach to client acquisition and retention
• At least 1+ year of Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience
• Successful completion of securities and licensing exams (SIE, Series 6/7, state registrations, Life licenses) within 180 days if not already licensed
• Knowledge of Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act compliance
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese

This role requires compliance with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act. Employment is contingent upon review of your criminal and credit history, including NMLS information, to ensure good character and financial responsibility. A felony conviction within the past seven years disqualifies applicants.
