About the Job 📢

As a Print & Multimedia Designer at Tether, you will craft visually compelling assets for print, support event branding, and produce multimedia content. Collaborating closely with marketing teams, business development, and external production partners, you will ensure the creation of accurate, brand-aligned designs that contribute to successful events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Create high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s global initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and flawless execution.
• Design and refine visuals for landing pages, social media banners, campaign imagery, and video assets across multiple platforms.
• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with fintech and communication technologies for diverse units within Tether.
• Customize content for each communication channel to enhance audience engagement and increase traffic.
• Share creative ideas and insights with team members, contributing to the success of marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements ✅

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, focusing on print and multimedia design for events.
• Expertise in creating print materials with an eye for detail and quality.
• Proficiency with AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs.
• A modern design portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
• Advanced skills with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of branding principles and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach, passionate about innovation.
