• Predictable Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with options for extended hours or a 4-day workweek. Phone-only call is just 1:10, with no hospital responsibilities.
• Patient-Centered Model: See an average of 18 patients per day supported by strong MA teams, open access scheduling, and on-site vaccination services.
• Financial Security: Receive a guaranteed base salary of $235,000 with a 3-year contract, qualify for student loan forgiveness, comprehensive benefits, and a negotiable signing bonus.

Candidate Requirements 🎯

• Mandarin-speaking or bilingual primary care physician
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (MD or DO)
• Open to new graduates, practicing physicians, and IMGs
