Location: Hackensack, NJ | Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone support: Document and resolve merchant and reseller/agent issues promptly 📞
• Hardware and software preparation: Stage POS hardware and software for deployment
• Maintain Equipment: Keep POS department tools and devices in optimal condition
• Perform hardware repairs: Conduct repairs in-house and on-site as needed 🔧
• Testing & Documentation: Evaluate, test, and document software/hardware issues
• Training: Educate associates, merchants, and resellers on system use
• Installation & Configuration: Set up software, hardware, cables/wiring, and networks
• System Monitoring: Track performance and troubleshoot issues
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications and Skills

• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Bi-lingual in English & Korean preferred 🇰🇷
• Experience with POS/PC support preferred 💻
• Ability to work off-site occasionally
• CompTIA A+ Certification a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel for business
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ⚖️

Compensation

Pay rate: $20/hr - $29/hr based on experience and qualifications 💰
