Your Role at Dynatrace

Join Dynatrace's LATAM Sales Development team as a Portuguese-speaking Sales Development Representative based in our Boston, MA office. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and generate sales opportunities for our cutting-edge APM software within LATAM markets, working closely with field sales and marketing teams. 🚀

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Hunt for and qualify leads based on set criteria, engaging with senior IT management at Fortune 1000 companies such as CTOs, CIOs, and Directors of IT Operations.
• Account Profiling & Outreach: Profile accounts and drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new business opportunities.
• Research & Insights: Conduct account research using tools like Google, LinkedIn, and Jigsaw to understand business issues and relevant information.
• Event & Campaign Support: Execute telemarketing programs to promote upcoming events and product promotions, increasing awareness among targeted audiences.
• Customer Education: Educate prospects about Dynatrace’s enterprise solutions.
• CRM Management: Track activities and manage data accurately in Salesforce.com.
• Team Collaboration: Attend weekly forecast meetings and provide updates on your activities’ progress.
• Meet Goals: Work diligently to meet or exceed established metric targets.
• Marketing Feedback: Provide insights on lead quality and marketing program effectiveness.

What Will Help You Succeed

Minimum Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) is essential.
• Customer Service: High commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree (preferred).
• Understanding of IT operations management solutions is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Compensation & Rewards

The estimated on-target earnings for this role range from $90,000 – $100,000, based on experience, skills, and location. Our comprehensive package includes:
