Your Role at Dynatrace 🚀
Join Dynatrace’s LATAM Sales Development team as a Portuguese-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in our Boston, MA office. You will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities for our APM software solutions, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth in LATAM markets.
Responsibilities 📋
- Hunt for and qualify leads and prospects based on defined criteria.
- Profile assigned accounts and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business.
- Engage with senior IT management at Fortune 1000 companies, including CTOs, CIOs, and Directors of IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Support.
- Research accounts using tools like Google, LinkedIn, Jigsaw, and others.
- Develop an understanding of the account’s business challenges and relevant information.
- Execute database and telemarketing programs to promote events, seminars, and product campaigns.
- Educate prospects about Dynatrace enterprise solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and progress.
- Attend weekly forecast meetings and update your team on your activities.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to marketing on the quality of leads from campaigns.

Minimum Requirements 📝
- Fluent in Portuguese (written and verbal).
- High commitment to customer service and relationship building.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications 🎯
- College diploma or university degree.
- Understanding of IT operations management solutions is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Rewards 💰
- The targeted earnings range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000, influenced by experience, skills, education, and location.
