This position is ideal for candidates comfortable managing high call volumes, multitasking efficiently, and thriving in a lively setting. Compensation is based on experience, with higher rates for those with strong medical front desk backgrounds.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out 80-100+ patients daily in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage high-volume phone lines and assist patients in person
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient demographics
• Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances
• Scan and organize documentation within the EMR system
• Support front office workflow and assist team as needed

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (required)
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in a medical office
• Comfortable handling high patient volumes and multitasking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
