CTC Group is looking for experienced, security-cleared Language Instructors to deliver and support foreign language programs in a structured government environment. 📍 Location

Within the Continental United States (CONUS) — Washington Metropolitan Area

📝 Responsibilities

• Provide language instruction to adult learners in professional or government training settings.
• Support a 40-hour work week, dividing time equally between teaching (~20 hours) and curriculum development, student assessment, and testing support (~20 hours).
• Develop, prepare, and deliver mission-focused language lessons tailored to student needs and program goals.
• Conduct language testing and student assessments following sponsor standards and program guidelines.
• Incorporate knowledge of history, culture, politics, economy, and current events to enhance the relevance and impact of language instruction.
• Utilize foreign language learning technology and instructional tools to facilitate classroom delivery and monitor student progress.
• Train under senior instructors and complete necessary sponsor training to become certified in mission-specific foreign language instruction and testing.
• Support instructional tasks such as content management, course design, editing, quality control, content selection, summarization, and report writing.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Language, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of adult language instruction experience, preferably in academic or professional settings
• Recent experience teaching adults within the last 5 years
• ICA Testing Requirements:
  • Translation Assessment (TA): Level 3
  • Speaking, Listening, Reading: 5/5/5
• Experience with language instruction, facilitation, and testing
• Proficiency in content management, course design, editing, quality control, summarization, and report writing

💰 Pay & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and certifications.
