Position Details

• Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (compliant with all state and city minimum wage laws)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST
• Work Authorization: Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S.
• Background Check: Required
• Equipment: Must have a personal laptop or computer
• Location: Remote (must be available in Pacific Time Zone)

Responsibilities

• Data Evaluation & Annotation: Label and categorize text and images, ensuring accuracy and high quality
• Platform Management: Manage and evaluate language-based data within the client’s universal language platform
• Trend Analysis: Track data trends and identify insights to enhance project outcomes
• Quality Assurance: Proofread data outputs and maintain excellence in quality
• Process Improvement: Offer insights and recommendations to optimize data relevance and performance
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining effective communication with your team

Qualifications

• Language Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate data logically and provide reasoned insights
• Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for identifying inconsistencies and ensuring data accuracy
• Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $15 - $18 (W2), includes benefits such as PTO and 401(k) where applicable
