Key Responsibilities

  • Lead wage & hour class actions from start to finish—including client intake, drafting complaints, discovery, motions, mediations, and trials.
  • Drive East Coast expansion by developing new case pipelines and coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings with firm resources.
  • Collaborate with a team of 5 attorneys on case strategy, depositions, and negotiations.
  • Offer strategic advice on overtime, break violations, misclassification, and other labor law issues.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and secure high-value recoveries through assertive advocacy.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of plaintiff wage & hour litigation experience, with demonstrated success in class certifications and settlements.
  • Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
  • Comfort advising employee clients on complex labor issues.
  • Admitted to practice in California (additional states a plus).
  • Collaborative, client-focused approach with an interest in long-term growth and East Coast leadership.
