Location: Remote (Headquarters in Plantation, Florida)

Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility for additional hours as needed
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000; negotiable

What You Will Do

As a Bilingual PIP Adjuster, you will work closely with customers, attorneys, medical providers, other insurance carriers, and vendors to resolve coverage and liability issues from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims by establishing coverage, negotiating, and reaching fair settlements for PIP exposure.
  • Plan and schedule work to process claims efficiently.
  • Interview claimants and witnesses; investigate claims thoroughly.
  • Negotiate settlements and identify cases requiring special investigation.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while resolving auto injury claims efficiently.
  • Write clear, accurate responses to demands, requests, or questions.
  • Utilize tools such as ISO, TLO, buycrash.com, MDCC, BCC, FDHSMV, and Google Maps effectively.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, trends, and emerging issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of PIP Adjuster experience handling Automobile Property Damage Claims in Florida.
  • Licensed Adjuster – All Lines (FL 620 license) required.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain professional relationships.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a production environment emphasizing time management, workload prioritization, and thorough documentation.
  • Team-oriented with a curious mindset—asking the right questions is key.
  • Self-motivated and receptive to feedback, with a desire to learn continuously.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Word and Outlook.
