Position Details

• Location: Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island, NY
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Compensation: $97.00 per hour
• Potential: Temp-to-Perm based on performance

About the Role

As a Physician Assistant at our client’s facilities, you will oversee and coordinate patient care within Diagnostic Treatment Centers. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Providing in-home and center-based care
• Collaborating with medical teams to enhance patient outcomes

Your expertise will contribute directly to improving the quality of life for our diverse adult and elderly patient populations, especially those who are frail or elderly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program with NYS license and NCCPA certification
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• DEA registration and Medicaid/Medicare IDs in good standing
• Experience working with geriatric or frail populations preferred
• Bilingual in Chinese (preferred)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
