About the Position

• Role: Physician Assistant (Bilingual Chinese preferred)
• Type: Temp-to-Perm potential
• Locations: Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island, NY
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Compensation: $97.00/hour 💵
• Team: Multidisciplinary team serving diverse adult and elderly populations

What You Will Do

As a Physician Assistant, you will oversee and coordinate medical care at Diagnostic Treatment Centers, supporting primary care and community health needs. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments 🩺
• Developing personalized treatment plans
• Providing in-home and center-based care 🏥
• Collaborating with medical teams to enhance patient outcomes

Your work will directly improve the quality of life for our patients, especially those who are frail or elderly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program with NYS license and NCCPA certification
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• DEA registration and Medicaid/Medicare IDs in good standing
• Experience with geriatric or frail populations preferred
• Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred 🌐
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
