📝 Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all civil defense litigation phases, including businesses, personal injury, public entities, and individuals
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations
• Develop defense strategies, negotiate settlements, and make court appearances
• Collaborate with team members for comprehensive defense planning
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations

🎓 Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• At least 2 years of civil litigation experience (preferred)
• Active member of the State Bar in good standing
• Strong knowledge of civil defense litigation and insurance defense procedures
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Strong courtroom advocacy skills
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
