About the Role: Internet Assessor 🕵️♂️
Are you passionate about the Internet and familiar with various devices? This role is ideal for you! TELUS International seeks Internet Assessors to join our team.
A typical day in this role includes:
- Reviewing online search results to enhance content and quality 📊
- Providing feedback and analysis on search engine content and relevance 🔍
- Evaluating language use, including grammar, tone, and cultural relevance 📝
Your contributions will help improve the quality of one of the world’s largest search engines, utilizing both your PC and smartphone. Most tasks require using both devices for optimal performance.
Qualifications: What we NEED you to have
- Active daily user of Gmail and social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook
- Own and regularly use a smartphone (Android V4.2+ or iPhone iOS 13.0+)
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken German & English
- Resided in Germany continuously for the past 3 years
- Familiarity with Google products and other social media platforms
- Access to broadband internet, a computer, and necessary software (all provided at your own expense)
- Reliable, flexible, and capable of following established guidelines
- Primary email account must be Gmail
- Familiarity with current and historical German media, business, sports, news, social media, and culture
- Experience browsing and interacting with diverse web content
