📌 Join Our Team as a Personal Banker (SAFE Act) - Entry Level Opportunity

🌟 Role Overview

The **Personal Banker SAFE Act** is designed to assist in executing sales, products, and service activities in collaboration with the customer service team. The primary goal is to foster customer loyalty and increase sales among individual consumer clients.

🔹 Responsibilities

• ✅ Work with business credit requests under $250K; recognize and refer larger lending opportunities
• 🔄 Cross-sell treasury services and related small business products
• 🤝 Build referral business through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program
• 🚀 Assist in growth strategies for small business clients and implement targeted sales plans
• 📞 Conduct outbound and inbound calls to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through relevant product cross-selling
• 💼 Coach tellers and branch staff on product offerings, client needs, and referral opportunities
• 📝 Recognize client transaction needs, educate on services and digital channels, and utilize marketing tools to uncover opportunities
• 🔒 Ensure compliance with Citibank policies, standards, and regulations
• ⚠️ Appropriately assess risk, safeguard assets, and escalate control issues transparently

🎓 Qualifications

• 📝 0-2 years of relevant experience (banking, retail, or sales preferred)
• 🔧 Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies
• 📝 NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant
• 💬 Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

💼 Additional Information

This role is classified within the Consumer Sales job family and is a full-time position based in Fremont, California, United States.

Salary Range: $61,280 - $85,520 per year. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive incentive bonuses and competitive benefits, including:
