Join our team in Rego Park, Queens! We are seeking a male, English-speaking PCA/HHA (preferably Russian speakers) for flexible 12-hour shifts, available day and night. Competitive pay up to $21.09 per hour! 🎉

Position Overview

Job Details:

• Location: Rego Park, Queens
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (nights and days)
• Compensation: Up to $21.09 per hour — highest rates in NYC!
• Language requirement: English — male preferred
• Additional preference: Russian Speaking candidates are appreciated

Primary Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, arriving punctually and reliably 🕒
• Greet clients warmly and professionally 😊
• Understand and cater to each individual's needs and limitations
• Provide basic domestic services such as meal prep, laundry, and light housework 🧹
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation 🗣️
• Assist with mobility — help clients get in and out of bed, use wheelchairs, etc. 🚶‍♂️
• Remind clients to take medications and document accordingly 💊
• Assist with personal hygiene: brushing teeth, toileting, bathing 🚿
• Change bed linens regularly 🛏️
• Support all daily activities based on client needs and limitations 🤝
• Provide a caring and positive presence to enhance well-being 🌟

Requirements

• Valid ID: UNEXPIRED
• US Passport/Card
• NYS ID with Birth Certificate
• Permanent Resident Card
• Employment Authorization Card
• Social Security Card
• Pre-Employment Physical: within last 6 months 🩺
• TB Screening: PPD, Quantiferon, Chest X-ray, or TB test results. If positive, provide X-ray report.
• Drug Screen: within last 6 months 💉
• Immunizations:
  • Rubella (Lab Report)
  • Rubeola (Lab Report)
  • Exception: If born before 1/1/1957, immunizations are not required.
