About the Role

At LLS, our team is dedicated to curing leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma, while enhancing the quality of life for patients and their loved ones. We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Spanish Program Manager to spearhead multimedia education initiatives, expand Spanish-language offerings, and promote self-advocacy among blood cancer patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities 📝🎥

  • Produce and manage multimedia programming to educate and support patients and caregivers through engaging content.
  • Manage content creation for webcasts, virtual lectures, videos, and podcasts, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Host and manage Spanish podcasts, from conceptualization to speaker coordination and content development.
  • Edit Spanish content for videos, webinars, and virtual lectures, including closed captioning in Spanish and English using tools like VEED.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness by analyzing data on reach and impact.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-program activities with vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure seamless execution.
  • Promote programs internally and externally by collaborating with marketing, communications, and social media teams to expand reach and presence.
  • Create presentation materials for internal and external audiences and represent LLS at conferences and symposiums.
  • Assist with podcast editing and co-hosting in English, maintaining quality and content relevance.
  • Maintain and organize educational assets within systems like SharePoint and Salesforce.
  • Gather metrics quarterly for departmental reports.
  • Attend conferences representing the department when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission.

Qualifications 🎓🌎

  • Bachelor’s degree in health education or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
  • 2-3 years of experience in non-profit and/or healthcare settings
  • Minimum of 1 year in program management
  • Multimedia experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills in both languages, with the ability to articulate LLS’s mission effectively
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery and health behavior
  • Strong community relationship-building skills
  • Effective priority-setting and program management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and work independently under pressure
  • Broad cultural competency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, Canva, and VEED are advantageous

Our salary range for this role is $64,000 to $70,000, with the final offer based on experience, skills, location, and market conditions. We value pay equity and consider internal compensation levels.
