📝 Job Responsibilities

The Patient Advocate Specialist will work closely with patients and their families to educate them on various insurance options, ensuring they understand their coverage and options available.

🎓 Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of patient-facing experience in hospital or healthcare settings (preferred)
• Experience with Medicaid Eligibility, Insurance Enrollment, Financial Counseling, or Patient Access (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Spanish required
