Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity in Northeast Pennsylvania

Overview

Our clinic serves local Medicare patient populations through an innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers. This value-based care model emphasizes outcomes, reducing hospital admissions, and delivering preventive medicine—creating a servant leadership culture that benefits both patients and providers. 💙

Role & Schedule

• Patient care: 100% outpatient, no nights, no weekends! 🏥
• Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm ⏰
• Patient volume: 13-16 patients daily
• Visit duration: 20-minute regular visits, 40-minute full diagnostics and new patient evaluations

Clinical Environment & Team

• Equipment: On-site labs with a dedicated phlebotomist
• Providers per clinic: Average of 3-5 providers
• Care team: Scribes, medical assistants, social workers

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience 💰
• Bonuses: Based on quality metrics
