Your Opportunity 🚀
The Partner Sales Manager role is a "hunter" position focused on accelerating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth within a specific geographic territory. You will be responsible for:
- Activating Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) end-to-end
- Transforming partners from paper partnerships to active, strategic revenue sources
- Driving deep penetration into partner organizations, especially in France (SCC focus)
- Fostering a fair exchange of value, sourcing new opportunities, and involving partners in direct sales motions for technical expertise and support
What You'll Do 🛠️
- Pipeline Generation: Drive new pipeline through deal registrations, impactful sales plays, and industry-specific solutions targeting our ICP.
- Strategic Activation: Turn tactical relationships into purposeful, strategic partnerships.
- Partner Account Penetration: Build high-level relationships and establish a strong presence within partner organizations to shift their sales posture toward New Relic.
- Sales & Technical Enablement: Coordinate enablement to certify partners and empower them to evangelize the value of Intelligent Observability.
- Internal Advocacy: Coach internal sales teams and leadership on best practices to foster a collaborative channel culture.
