Partner Account Manager North Italy in Milan

About the Role

To accelerate our global growth and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for a 40 hours/week position in Milan, North Italy. This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. Please note: this is a contract employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  • Onboard new partners and build strong, successful relationships.
  • Organize and oversee online training sessions for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  • Draft partner business plans and monitor the development of sales partners and distribution channels.
  • Participate in trade fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions to potential clients.
  • Create forecasts and define actionable measures to achieve sales targets in Italy.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales and Marketing teams; externally represent the company as a primary contact.
  • Maintain CRM data with relevant customer and deal information on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Solid IT knowledge acquired through education or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience working with sales partners and distributors in Italy, with proven strategic and economic partner development skills.
  • Excellent communication talent, confident and competent in partner and customer interactions.
  • High willingness to travel, with a passion for convincing customers and partners through presentations and negotiations.
  • A charismatic personality that excels in an international team environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian — both written and verbal.
  • Motivated by personal successes, with a passion for achieving quarterly goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.
