We're seeking a friendly and motivated individual to help foster customer relationships, support sales activities, and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic banking environment.

Position Overview

The Universal Banker is an entry-level role responsible for assisting with sales, products, and service activities in collaboration with our customer service team. The primary goal is to build customer loyalty and contribute to increasing sales for individual clients.

Responsibilities

• 🤝 Assist in basic account opening procedures for existing customers
• 🛠️ Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account issues
• 💰 Execute financial transactions following bank policies and procedures
• 🔗 Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate
• 💡 Identify sales opportunities during service transactions and address customer complaints promptly
• 🎤 Support branch sales and service initiatives via seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product launches
• 🔒 Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and security
• ⚠️ Assess risk carefully when making business decisions, maintaining compliance and ethical standards, and escalating control issues as needed

Qualifications

• 📝 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or similar fields
• ✍️ Proven strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $50,030.00 - $65,270.00, with an approximate hourly rate of $24.05 - $31.37. In addition to the base salary, Citi offers:
