Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to loss prevention protocols, company policies, and store standards.
• Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation with daily receipts and records.
• Implement robust security measures to safeguard company funds and maintain financial integrity.
• Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers to promote accuracy and transparency.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their transactions.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience handling financial transactions
• Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days of hire.

Our Miami location operates Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM ET and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. The Part-Time Teller position requires working 20-25 hours per week with flexible days within regular business hours.
