Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently.
• Adhere to loss prevention protocols and store standards.
• Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage company funds and reconcile daily receipts and records.
• Implement security measures to safeguard company assets.
• Perform daily reconciliation of transactions for accuracy and transparency.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their transfer statuses.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Experience handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $17.00/hour, with potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days.

Schedule: 20-25 hours/week with flexible days, during core hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
