Position Scope & Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience
• Money Transfers: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, managing cash registers and related procedures
• Security & Compliance: Uphold loss prevention protocols and maintain financial integrity through daily reconciliation
• Order Updates: Keep customers informed about their transaction statuses in a timely manner

We are also hiring in Miami, FL, for a Part-Time Teller fluent in English and Spanish. This role requires Saturday hours and offers a vibrant, multicultural work environment.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and handling financial transactions
• Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Location & Schedule

• Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours/week, flexible days within regular business hours (Mon-Fri 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET, Sat 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET)
