- Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process money transfer transactions and manage cash registers efficiently.
- Adhere to loss prevention protocols and company policies.
- Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile company funds daily and maintain financial integrity.
- Implement security measures to safeguard assets.
- Provide updates to customers on their transactions timely.
Role Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Financial transaction handling experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

💼 Details & Logistics
- Salary: $17.00/hour, with potential for increases.
- Location (in-person): 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – inside Oportun.
- Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours/week, flexible days, including weekends and holidays.
- Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.
- Full-time in-person roles require employees to work on-site daily.
