Part-Time Bilingual Teller – Engaging Customer Service in Miami, FL ☀️

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure positive customer experiences
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently
• Uphold loss prevention protocols in line with company policies
• Handle money transfer procedures accurately and compliantly
• Reconcile company funds daily with receipts and records
• Implement security measures to protect company assets
• Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for transparency
• Provide customers with timely updates on their transactions

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service
• Experience handling financial transactions
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour

Potential increases: a $0.25 raise after 30 days and another after 90 days from your hire date.

Location & Schedule 📍🕒

Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – Western Union inside Oportun

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

The Part-Time Teller role requires 20-25 hours weekly, with flexible days within regular business hours.
