Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL 🇺🇸

Role Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
  • 💵 Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently.
  • 🔒 Uphold loss prevention protocols, adhering strictly to policies and standards.
  • 📝 Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance.
  • 💰 Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation of receipts and records.
  • 🛡 Implement security measures to safeguard company funds and maintain financial integrity.
  • 🔍 Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for accuracy and transparency.

Role Requirements

  • 🛎 Prior experience in customer service
  • 💸 Experience handling financial transactions
  • 🗣 Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $17.00 per hour, with potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days.

Location & Schedule

Western Union values in-person collaboration to foster innovation and team growth.

Work Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours/week, flexible days within Monday to Saturday hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM ET
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET
